What to Expect
At Ashton Center for Day Surgery, we strive to make sure our patients are well-informed in addition to well-cared for. For further questions please feel free to contact us.
Before your surgery, you will receive a call from our pre-op department to review your medical history and medications. A complete history and physical are required before any procedure, and additional pre-op testing and medical clearance may be needed.

The pre-op nurse will go over your instructions and answer any questions you may have.

Contact your physician right away if you have any health changes before your scheduled procedure, such as cold, fever, or flu-like symptoms, or any recent hospital visits.

Before your procedure, the billing department may also call you to help with insurance questions.

On the procedure day, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will escort you home and ensure your safety and comfort after you leave our facility.

Please remember to bring your government ID and insurance card, but leave jewelry and valuables at home.

Let us know if you have any special needs so we can accommodate you.

Thank you for trusting us with your care.
